The Skyline Drive is the main road running the entire length of the Shenandoah National Park.  It is only 105 miles long but it took us all day to ride it.  It is full of twisties and sweepers and scenic overlooks every mile or so.  The elevation ranges from about 2000 ft. to over 5000 ft. We took pictures at almost every place we stopped and we stopped at almost every overlook.  The views are magnificent to say the least.  We had to change from t-shirts to sweatshirts and jackets and gloves and back again many times along the road.
